One of Quantock Barn’s greatest strengths is its layout.
All three bedrooms are spacious king-size rooms, each with its own private ensuite bathroom — eliminating the usual holiday compromises.
- Bedroom One: King-size bed with a stunning ensuite featuring a freestanding bath and walk-in shower
- Bedroom Two: King-size bed with private ensuite shower room
- Bedroom Three: King-size bed (can be arranged as twin beds upon request) with private ensuite shower room
The single-level design also makes the property particularly well suited to guests who prefer to avoid stairs, including families with young children and older visitors.

Quantock Barn combines countryside charm with modern convenience. We provide a generous supplies of towels, tea and coffee, along with a thoughtful Welcome Basket on arrival including local milk, butter, bread and eggs — so you can settle in immediately.
The extremely well-equipped kitchen means that you can comfortably cook together with everything you would need to create a feast!

Step outside onto the large patio that wraps around two sides of the property and take in the uninterrupted views across the valley and rolling farmland of the Blackdown Hills.
The spacious lawn provides room for children and dogs to play, whilst the adults can unwind on the patio with an evening drinks watching the sun set.
After dark, sink into the private hot tub or a light the firepit, and enjoy the stargazing and peaceful surroundings — the perfect end to a day exploring East Devon and the nearby Jurassic Coast.
