Welcome to Quantock Barn – a luxury, holiday cottage in Blackdown Hills AONB

If you are looking for a family friendly and dog friendly holiday cottage to explore East Devon and the Blackdown Hills AONB then Quantock Barn is the perfect choice.

This modern self-catering cottage, with a hot tub and plenty of outdoor space, is a great place to stay with friends and family (including your four-legged friends). With rolling farmland on your doorstep and the Jurassic Coast within easy reach, there are plenty of places to explore throughout the year.

The property is situated in the middle of beautiful ancient woodland. It has views looking out over the Blackdown Hills AONB and over the field where our pet goats live!

Quantock Barn is a wonderful place to stay, especially for wildlife lovers. Watch the visiting deer from the kitchen window or listen to the calling buzzards. Our four pet goats wander the paddock in front of the Barn – they are quite the characters and great fun to watch too! It truly is the perfect place to sit back, relax and enjoy the beautiful countryside that Devon has to offer.

The property is situated near the village of Stockland within the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. The quaint village is ideal for a quiet getaway, while still being surrounded by plenty of things to do. Nearby Honiton, a bustling market town, is the largest in the area and offers lots of pubs, shops and restaurants. The pretty seaside town of Lyme Regis is also only half an hour and is the perfect place to visit and explore the Jurassic Coast.
